I have been campaigning for improved road signage on Wellingborough Road outside Northampton Academy secondary school, which has been an issue of concern for some time.
I recently spoke in the House of Commons chamber to ask a question of the Minister of State for Higher Education, Robert Halfon MP, about Government safeguards to bolster mental health support and try to prevent student suicides for those at university.
On Friday 24th February, I had the pleasure of visiting the Shoosmith Gallery at Delapré Abbey and meeting members of the Board of Trustees of the gallery, patrons and other stakeholders.

I recently visited Crest Scaffolding Services, a Northampton-based business which specialises in supplying a variety of commercial scaffolding for clients, including full site surveying and consultation services.

On 27th January I attended a ceremony at the Guildhall in Northampton to remember those who were killed in the Holocaust. Representatives of the Northampton Jewish community, local dignitaries and members of the public who wished to pay their respects were in attendance.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Northamptonshire Sport, a charitable organisation which works to improve physical health and wellbeing by encouraging access to sport for those across the local community.
Last Saturday I attended the annual “Junction” dance festival of Northamptonshire schools and watched several very impressive dance performances from several Northamptonshire schools at the NSB theatre in Billing Road.
