I am pleased that Conservatives have taken steps to cut taxes for millions of people since 2010. In Northampton North alone 35,782 people have had their taxes cut and 4,274 people have been taken out of having to pay income tax altogether.

As your Member of Parliament it is my job to represent your views in the House of Commons and to tackle the local issues and challenges you think matter.
Michael visits a large number of voluntary organisations, businesses and charities in his constituency every month. Over the summer he also takes the opportunity to carry out 'Work Experience' days at various work places around Northampton.Some of Michael's favourite shifts have included going on the beat with Northamptonshire Police, selling fruit and veg on Northampton Market, working on the tills in Morrisons and even flipping burgers at McDonalds.
