I was pleased to visit Derngate Gym last week to meet the management and discuss local issues. This is a popular and long-established gym in the heart of the town centre. I visited when an over-50’s exercise class was taking place and it was clearly popular and enjoyable. I was told there are some very fit octogenarians who are active gym members!
We also discussed, amongst other things, the Government’s recent £2,000 tax cut to small businesses and charities on their National Insurance Contributions.
