On Friday 21st July I had the pleasure of welcoming the Northampton-branch of The Prince’s Trust charity to a visit to the Houses of Parliament.
Regular readers of my newsletter will be familiar with the excellent work of The Prince’s Trust, founded by HM The King in 1976 when He was the Prince of Wales.
The charity helps vulnerable young people succeed by offering a number of education, training and employment opportunities and has recently surpassed one million young people helped since its foundation.
I visited the charity’s Northampton branch earlier this year, and I was delighted to welcome a number of members of the branch to Parliament where they had a tour of Parliament. I then hosted a question and answer session with them on my work as a Member of Parliament.
