Following an increase in Covid-19 infections in the Borough of Northampton, local authorities are asking residents of Northampton to strictly follow guidelines – which are pictured to the left and right.

Michael Welcomes Substantial Pay Rises for Public Sector Workers

I welcome the Government’s decision to give 900,000 public sector workers a pay rise of above the rate of inflation for doctors, police, teachers and more in the public sector.

Full-time median public sector pay now stands at £31,844, compared to £29,832 in the private sector.

Michael Opens New Police Training Centre in Northampton

I was delighted to officially open the brand new Northamptonshire Police Training Centre in Pyramid Close, Weston Favell, on Friday 10th July. I unveiled a plaque alongside the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner, Stephen Mold.
