Since becoming Member of Parliament for Northampton North over 12 years ago following the 2010 election, I have always been keen to keep my constituents informed about my work.
I have visited every street in Northampton North in my time as a candidate and MP and I have spoken to many thousands of residents on their doorsteps about the issues that are important to them. I have always done these visits regularly throughout each year- and not just at election times.
‘Action days’ such as the one I arranged on a Saturday recently, help me to stay in touch with the people of Northampton North so that I can best represent you in Parliament.
On a rather warm Saturday 16th July I was joined by a number of my enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers for a full day of leafletting in the sun, with my latest leaflet.
I have recently produced this leaflet, at no expense to the taxpayer, which details my work and activities in the constituency and in Parliament.
The leaflet details my work in lobbying for increased investment into Northampton, my priorities in improving the lives of all of my constituents, as well as community events that I have attended and groups and small businesses that I have met and supported.
A copy of this leaflet has been delivered to every household in Northampton North. Please do feel free to send me an email if you have any questions about the leaflet and my work Parliament and my constituency.
