Michael Intervenes in Northampton Traveller’s Situation

Many residents have contacted me about the recent appearance of illegal traveller encampments around Northampton, particularly in Abington Park and Kingsthorpe Recreational Ground, and the Councillor for Kingsthorpe North has also been in touch.

Michael Visits Caring and Sharing Exhibition in Northamptonshire

On Friday, 8th June I attended the exhibition “It’s a Beautiful World – Through the Eyes of Caroline Scattergood” at the Caring and Sharing Trust in Cogenhoe, Northamptonshire. I really enjoyed my visit as I always do when I visit this wonderful charity.

Michael Supports Museums; Visits Horniman Museum

In my role as Minister for Arts, Heritage and Tourism I recently visited the Horniman Museum and Gardens in South London. The Museum, commissioned in 1898 and opened in 1901, is home to a huge variety of extraordinary objects including collections of anthology and musical instruments.
